Public Offer

Agreement for hosting, server rental and domain registration services

Version of 26.09.2026

1. General provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer by dedisrv (dedisrv.com) (the “Provider”) to enter into a service agreement on the terms below.

1.2. The agreement is concluded when the offer is accepted. Acceptance means payment for a service or confirmation of an order by the Customer on dedisrv.com.

1.3. By accepting, the Customer confirms that they have read this Agreement, the Terms of Service, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy, understand them and agree to them.

2. Definitions

  • Site — the website dedisrv.com.
  • Customer — an individual, a sole proprietor or a legal entity that has accepted the offer.
  • Services — virtual server (VPS) rental, dedicated server rental, domain name registration and renewal, and related services described and priced on the Site.
  • Billing period — the period the Customer pays for (a month for servers, a year for domains, unless the service description says otherwise).

3. Subject of the agreement

3.1. The Provider undertakes to provide the Services chosen by the Customer, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for them under this Agreement.

3.2. Service specifications, timing and prices are defined by the plan description on the Site at the time of ordering. For dedicated servers the Site shows a minimum (“from”) price; the final price and configuration are agreed with the Customer before payment.

4. Ordering and provision of services

4.1. The Customer places an order on the Site or sends a request to support@dedisrv.com. The Provider confirms the order and sends a payment link or an invoice.

4.2. Activation after payment is received: VPS — within one business day.

4.2.1. Dedicated servers are provided to order. The Provider confirms hardware availability and the final price, after which the Customer prepays the first billing period. The server is handed over within 1–3 business days after the prepayment is received. If the hardware becomes unavailable before handover, the prepayment is refunded in full.

4.2.2. Domain names are registered by the Provider manually after payment is received, usually within one business day. Registration is complete once the registrar or the registry of the relevant zone confirms it.

4.3. Server access details are sent to the Customer by email or made available in the customer account.

4.4. Services are provided continuously during the paid billing period, except for scheduled maintenance announced in advance and the circumstances set out in Section 9.

5. Prices and payment

5.1. Prices for the Services (VPS) are shown on the Site in US dollars; EUR amounts are for reference. An invoice amount is fixed in US dollars on the date it is issued.

5.2. Payment is made in advance for the billing period in cryptocurrency to the address stated in the invoice: USDC or USDT (Base, Ethereum, Polygon networks) are credited 1:1 to the US dollar; ETH, POL and XMR at the market USD rate at the time the transaction is confirmed. After the transfer, the Customer enters the transaction hash (txid) and the network in their account. The amount actually received is credited to the Customer’s balance, which pays the invoices; any overpayment stays on the balance, and an underpaid invoice requires a top-up. The network fee is paid by the Customer.

5.3. The Provider may change prices with at least 14 days' notice. Changes do not apply to a billing period that has already been paid.

5.4. If the invoice for the next billing period is not paid by the end of the paid period, the service is suspended (the server is switched off) on the day the period ends. The Customer’s data is kept for 5 days: if payment is made within that time, the service is restored with its data (the IP address may change). After 5 days, the server and data are deleted permanently.

6. Rights and obligations

6.1. The Provider shall provide the Services as described in the plan; provide technical support at support@dedisrv.com (daily 09:00–21:00 (EET)); keep the Customer's data confidential except where applicable law requires disclosure.

6.2. The Provider may suspend the Services if the Customer breaches Section 7 of this Agreement or the Terms of Service, notifying the Customer.

6.3. The Customer shall pay for the Services on time; comply with applicable law and the Terms of Service; keep passwords and access keys secure; make their own backups.

6.4. The Customer is entitled to Services of proper quality, to contact support and to cancel the Services under the Refund Policy.

7. Prohibited use
