dedisrv (dedisrv.com) is the controller of personal data processed when you use dedisrv.com and our services. Processing is carried out in accordance with applicable personal data protection law.

1. Data we process

• Contact details: name, email, phone, company name (if provided).
• Order and billing data: services ordered, amounts, dates, payment status.
• Technical data: IP address, date and time of requests to the site and servers.

We do not receive bank card data: payments are accepted in cryptocurrency (stablecoins), and for them we store only the amount, network, address and transaction ID.

2. Purposes

Concluding and performing the agreement, providing services and technical support, issuing invoices and documents, complying with the law, and preventing fraud and abuse.

3. Sharing with third parties

Data may be shared only with: the payment service, to process payments; domain registrars, to the extent needed to register a domain; infrastructure (server hosting) providers, to provide the services; public authorities, where required by law.

If you consent to analytics cookies, data about your visits (without your name or contact details) is processed by Google Ireland Limited through Google Analytics 4. This data may be transferred to Google LLC (USA). With the same consent, visit data is also processed by YANDEX LLC (Russia) through Yandex Metrica, which means it is transferred to Russia.

4. Retention

Data is kept for the term of the agreement and for the period required by law for primary accounting documents, then deleted or de-identified.

An account is created only after the email is confirmed with a code. If the email is not confirmed, the registration request (name, email and password hash) is deleted within 24 hours.

5. Your rights

You have the right to know what data about you is processed, to request its correction or deletion, to withdraw consent and to complain to the competent data protection authority. Send requests to support@dedisrv.com.

6. Cookies

Essential cookies are always on: they remember your language, currency and your analytics choice (dconsent, up to 6 months). During registration a technical cookie ds_signup (up to 24 hours) links the confirmation code to your browser.

Analytics cookies are set only after you click "Accept" in the banner: Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_KVSM90TF44) and Yandex Metrica (_ym_uid, _ym_d and other _ym_* cookies). They show us which pages people visit and where visitors come from; we only see this data in aggregate. Yandex Metrica also records where on a page people click and which links to other sites they follow. Until you consent, the code of these services is not loaded at all.

Google Analytics cookies are kept for up to 2 years, and data in Google Analytics for no longer than 14 months. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Yandex Metrica cookies are kept for up to 1 year. The legal basis is your consent.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
