01 — General
Who provides the services?
Services are provided by dedisrv under a public service agreement. Contact details are on the Contacts page.
Where are the servers located?
In Europe (EU), with redundant power and network uplinks.
How fast is a service activated?
A VPS starts automatically a few minutes after payment is confirmed. Dedicated servers are made to order: 1–3 business days after availability is confirmed and the prepayment is received. We register domains manually after payment, usually within one business day.
02 — Payment and paperwork
How can I pay?
In cryptocurrency: USDC or USDT on Base, Ethereum or Polygon, plus ETH, POL and Monero. After the transfer, paste the txid on the invoice page and the system checks the transaction and credits the payment.
Do you issue certificates of completion?
Not yet. For now we provide an invoice and a payment confirmation in your account.
What currency do you bill in?
VPS prices are in US dollars. USDC/USDT are credited 1:1, other coins at the rate when the transaction is confirmed.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, under our Refund Policy: for VPS and servers we refund the unused full days of the paid period. Payments for a domain that has already been registered are not refundable.
03 — VPS
Do I get root access?
Yes, full root access over SSH on every plan.
Can I change plans?
Yes, on request: write to support and we’ll move your server to a larger plan, usually without reinstalling.
Who handles backups?
Backups are the customer's responsibility. We'll help you set them up on your server.
04 — Dedicated servers and domains
Can you build a server for my workload?
Yes. Describe your needs in a request and we'll propose a configuration and lead time.
How long does a domain transfer take?
Usually 5–7 days, depending on your current registrar.
