Payment methods
Cryptocurrency
Invoices are in US dollars. You can pay with:
- USDC or USDT on Base, Ethereum, Polygon, credited 1:1 to the US dollar;
- ETH (Base, Ethereum) or POL (Polygon), at the market rate when the transaction is confirmed;
- Monero (XMR), at the market rate when the payment is checked.
The payment addresses are shown on the invoice page in your account. Send only on the listed networks: funds sent on another network will be lost.
How to confirm a payment
- Send the amount to the address in the invoice. If you send exactly the amount shown (including the cents tag), the payment is credited automatically.
- Paste the transaction hash (txid) on the invoice page and choose the network.
- The system checks the transaction on-chain (recipient, amount, confirmations) and credits the amount actually received to your balance. The balance pays your invoices automatically; any overpayment stays on the balance.
Other amounts, ETH, POL and Monero are credited after a manual check, usually within one business day. Each txid is credited only once.
The network fee for the transfer is paid by the payer.
